Let me just say that accountability is good. I like it. I APPRECIATE IT!! But THREATS are just not nice!!! :) A dear friend, who shall remain nameless, gave me the good kick in the pants I needed last night with a straightforward threat that if I didn't start blogging again, I'd be REMOVED from her list of links on her blog. I'm hurt a little, but it's a good kind of hurt.
I mean, I haven't blogged since July 2nd for crying out loud. Granted, I've had a baby, started working again, married off a sister, gone on vacation, handled a few family crises, and lived "normal" life with two children (which, by the way, is exponentially more work than one kid), but really, who doesn't have the same obligations in her life? You all are such consistent bloggers, and I appreciate you. I must admit I've been quite overwhelmed at my life, but excuses are worthless. I love doing this--I just have to find the time.
So my question....are you still there? If you think my efforts are worth it, will you please leave me some encouragement? I know it's kind of selfish, but it honestly helps me when I have comments. Pitiful, isn't it. My goal is to blog for the sake of blogging, even if no one reads it, but I do love to be read. I think most bloggers do, or they wouldn't even do it in the first place.

You're back!!!! Yea! I am so glad.
I know that life is hard and busy, and blogging is not on the top of the priority list... but I bet if you get in the habit of doing it - even once a week, you'll miss it when you don't get to.

I LOVE reading what you have to say, Adrielle!! If this is the only way to keep up with how you are, then by golly, friend, I will check often! And, it's ok that you aren't consistent! I remember when Avery was just a couple months old wondering how it was I could never get to bed... there just kept being something else to do... it's amazing how the work load doesn't double but multiplies! And I don't even work! So your excuses are very valid, I just like your blog! :)

YEA!!!! I keep checking and what a fun surprise to visit your blogsite and find a new post! I understand your 'crazy' life sweet daughter-in-law of mine. However, it really is so fun to read what you are thinking, what you and your girls are up to and how much you love life; God, my son, your little girls, work, play, friends, errands, etc. Glad you are back. Hey, and by the way; I understand how you need to know people are reading you. I have felt so selfish in feeling that way as well and rarely write because I'm not sure anyone reads what I've posted anyway. If only I had pictures! I think that is what draws folks in. I opened your blog specifically to copy some of your photos to my picture folder so I could include them in my own posts. Love you, Mama J
I still check in about once a week to see if you have posted anything. You should just aim for once a week and see where it goes.

I'm glad you're back too . . . after all, I had just found your blog shortly before the baby was born, and felt like I had a new friend :) Even though we're still pretty new to Waco, it's pretty sad when you're getting to know people by reading their blogs, but hey! I'll take it any way it happens :)
